RWJF, a non-profit, pays off another non-profit (American Cancer Society) to push the coverage for smoking cessation products by Medicaid — products that, of course, include those produced by its parent company, Johnson & Johnson! What is wrong with this picture? Very much indeed.
  • A non-profit finances another non-profit for commercial ends, the marketing of pharmaceutical procucts.
  • The above occurs under a total tax-free umbrella.
  • Private interests (those of the parent company Johnson & Johnson) use laundered money to control and influence public entities and the use of public money.
  • The concept that smoking is a "disease" as opposed to a choice (thus choice is a "disease" requiring "therapy"), is confirmed and established.
  • This established concept creates a precedent for more "diseases" that will need pharmaceutical "therapy" promoted with tax-free money to pay off "grass roots" and "non profits" and to be financed by public-financed Medicare — for example, drinking, gambling, eating...
When personal choice and behaviours are equated to disease because accused to lead to death and disease according to spurious epidemiological  junk science that is equated to science, only fantasy is the limit, as death and disease inevitably comes — but it is "preventable" if you suppress and "cure" yet another choice!
