I really think that there should be a smoking bylaw. The people that smoke are killing themselves, but worse they're killing us too.

I know what the effects of second-hand smoke are. Ventilation systems don't really help. They get the smoke out of the building but then it goes into the air, causing air pollution and acid rain. So smoking is bad either way.

We're still breathing the smoke -- I want no smoking in public places!
