The bypassing of judicial scrutiny by the executive branch for this "investigation" is another bad move that -- besides demonstrating the anti-smokers' contempt for due process -- is going to leave a bad taste in many formerly friendly mouths.

It is interesting that the article inside basically repeats the contents of one of the banners from the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, the organization existing for the sole purpose of instigating intolerance of smokers, and propagate false scientific information.

KOOP AND KESSLER PAID OFF - The rotten anti-tobacco cartel diverts $202 million from the Minnesota extortion -- originally destined to pay for "tobacco-related diseases" to an activist group led by such renowned gangsters as Koop & Kessler to spread lies about tobacco and turn a habit into an addiction though "smoking cessation programs" -- nothing else but a tool of the anti-tobacco criminals to insure addiction to pharmaceutically-produced, high-prices nicotine patches, and other nicotine delivery devices.

In the face of the obvious, Humphrey, another assassin of liberty and scientific integrity sure of his impunity (for now), sings the gangsters' song: "These funds will be used over 25 years to ensure a generation of commitment to beating the pediatric epidemic of tobacco use that kills more Americans than any other preventable cause."

How much of that money is going to go directly or indirectly into the pockets of Humprey, Kessler, Koop, and all other anti-tobacco criminals? Nobody knows for sure, but we can bet that it's going to be A LOT.

When these gangsters are tried and jailed, restitution will have to be enforced, as well as damages. We foresee that the jail terms will be very, very long ones.

DOESN'T THIS SOUND BLOODY FAMILIAR?.... - As the frauds on smoking get unveiled and suffer political defeat, the health Nazis are setting solid foundations for the next wave of financial looting and scientific frauds, not to mention the necessary hysteria-driven social persecution... There is no human behaviour or habit that is 100% risk-free. Proceeding with the crocked logic of the pharmaceutical industry-funded health cartel, it follows that no human behaviour can be exempted from the targeting and the control of the health establishment.

In antiquity, the most important figures in a village were the priest and the pharmacist. Social evolution has changed that until the involution began. In the global village the health Nazis are now refreshing those old ways: the priest (representing religion) is now politically incorrect in the regime of the New Left, and he has been replaced with the "health-concerned" politicians, that is, the health of the body has replaced the health of the soul. On the other pole, the pharmacist has evolved into the high-priced pharmaceutical industry, and its operatives.

But in essence the situation has not changed: priest and pharmacist, politician and pharmaceutical executive, they all intend to control our behaviour -- to fill their pockets and run the world.

THE FRAMINGHAM HEART STUDY: WHILE THE USEFULNESS OF THE STUDY IS NOT IN QUESTION, THE PRESCRIPTIVE CONCLUSIONS DEFINITELY ARE - For the last 40 years the epidemiologist have tried to link smoking with all kind of disease. But so far, they have not arrived at the desired results. In fact, most of the studies have found no or little connection (most recently, the WHO heart study), above and beyond the falsifications perpetrated by the anti-tobacco gang.

Proceeding from the dogma that smoking MUST be bad for you, enormous resources have been spent to prove the point. And in doing so, the entire lifestyle of people has been put under trial. Indeed the joy of living has been condemned in a curious intertwining of medical propaganda and puritanical contempt for pleasure.

But life is limited, and people must die OF SOMETHING. Assuming for an instant that the heart failure "problem" is solved right now, people will still die of something else, say kidney failure. Does it mean that kidney failure will become the number 1 killer in our example? You bet. Does it mean that millions of dollars will be spent in campaigns to further monitor, regulate, and repress the lifestyle of people to "protect their kidneys?" You can rest assured of that.

The reality is that the medical/health establishment has turned into an industry, and merged with the pharmaceutical industry for the purpose of social and political control, and the sale of high-priced drugs and technologies that give the illusion of immortality to a generation of aging baby-boomers who have never accepted the fatal destiny of us all, and who are now getting hysterical at the inevitable prospect of death.

Because of this cowardly generation, we are now inundated by health hysteria. In the meantime, children die of violence and starvation RIGHT NOW in the inner cities, and common Medicare is denied, delayed, and rationed RIGHT NOW to people who are in the prime of life and can produce for society. School education is down the drain RIGHT NOW because so many resources are diverted in lining the pockets of the health nazis.

Indeed, this generation which has proclaimed so much "save the children" nonsense, is the most selfish generation that has ever lived. We do not need a change in our lifestyles. We do not need to quit drinking and smoking, eating and making love.

We need to change our philosophy of life -- and start enjoying instead of punishing.

NO DISABILITY BENEFITS FOR VETS WHO SMOKED - While there is absolutely nothing wrong with smoking, there is a lot wrong with a government that parachuted cigarettes to its soldiers in Vietnam, and now uses the scientific frauds and lies on smoking to justify its criminal denial of medical care to the people who risked (and many lost) their lives to protect the anti-tobacco bastards that are now running the United States. Treason is severely punished by martial courts. In many circumstances the penalty is death. Where is the penalty for anti-tobacco traitors?
