Thumbing its nose at all rules of ethics (legal, scientific, or otherwise) the powerful racket of the health cartel has created a mechanism that enables predators to get richer, and their prey to get poorer, while a rapacious state, devoid of any moral restraint, uses its sheer power to appropriate wealth that it is not entitled to. Many of our enemies have told us that FORCES and its sympathizers are fighting a losing battle, and that we should give up. And when the state itself has become a criminal organization endorsing frauds and hatred, surrendering and joining the persecutors becomes a rational consideration. But totalitarian states (left of right political credo makes no difference) always need criminals to enforce their oppression, and criminals are governed by the rule of brute prevarication. Internal conflicts eventually destroy them, for they have is no moral limits to greed. No, we will continue to fight the health gangsters and their legal accomplices, even if they managed to buy out the big microphones. Indeed, the health gangsters have elevated smoking to a symbol of freedom and independence, and the cigarette to a flag of free thinking. We will win, and the gangsters will go to jail where they belong. Too bad they will not even be consoled by a good pack of smokes. If the above link does not work, click here .Antitobacco and its corrupt accomplices in the medical profession
have paved the way for these sharks to rob citizens and private
industry while controlling politics. Is any fool out there who thinks
that democracy is still alive in America? The bastards (this is the kindest terminology we can think of at
the moment) continue to lie about secondhand smoke -- not
that it matters when depravation is running amok.
- "Secondhand
smoke is a Class A carcinogen. That puts it in a class with 15 other
substances, including asbestos, radon and benzene, that are known to
cause cancer in human beings." - Secondhand smoke has
not been proven to be a carcinogen, The Class A
classification was vacated long ago by Federal Court Judge
Osteen. Click here for
the entire decision.
TWISTED - "Secondhand
smoke contains 4,000 substances with more than 40 of them known to
cause cancer and many of them known to be strong irritants to human
tissues and organs." The amount of these substances in ETS
is infinitesimally small, and those are the same
substances existing in the atmosphere of any city in much
greater amounts except nicotine, which is NOT a
carcinogen.
Making money out of a family devastation is bad enough, but it
becomes far more disgusting when the bastards of the anti-tobacco
cartel use FALSE information to increase hatred and
litigation. Indeed, this scum must be eliminated from society. "Tobacco is called an epidemic on the spurious ground that the
methods used to measure its effect belong to the science of
epidemiology. By a semantic trick, therefore, Mrs. Bruntland and her
team have been able to classify as a dangerous disease what is, in
fact, a voluntary activity and a source of pleasure, the risk of which
entirely falls on the smoker." We link to Steven Milloy's
JunkScience. For more coverage about the shameful corruption of
the World Health Organisation, click
here. Major restructuring is indispensable when state attorneys
and Surgeon Generals have the power to behave like looting criminals,
and get away with it while the public opinion is guided and misinformed
by media that have sold out both ideologically and politically, and
have become the accomplices of a criminal agenda.
The ultimate power and responsibility is on us -- the people.
And the People cannot afford to let criminals get away with
crime. If the above link does not work, click here "It's a bit like the asbestos claims," he said.
"First we claimed for the asbestos workers, now it's the wives of
asbestos workers." In his report, Mr Arocca says cases in the
United States show that parents who refuse to stop smoking while in
the company of their children may lose custody rights. "If
parents contesting the custody of a child have equal attributes other
than one being a smoker, then one would presume that this would be a
most persuasive factor in determining the issue of custody."
Mr Arocca said children, young or grown-up, who contracted cancer,
asthma or related diseases could sue their parents, relatives or other
caregivers for passive smoking.' What Arocca and the other bastards of the anti-tobacco cartel have
to realise is that the beginning of the Third Millenium may be also
the beginning of the end for their criminal activities. Since there is
no evidence that ETS causes any harm, there is a growing push and
consensus that it is time to start suing governemnts and private
organisation that continue to make false statements about tobacco.
Multi-billion dollars lawusuits can be successfully brought against
the anti-tobacco cartel for a variety of counts, from falsification of
data to financial damage, from plain perjury to scientific frauds.
These lawsuits will strike a pot of gold for those who sue.
Governemnts and antismoking organisations are loaded with the money
that has been stolen from smokers in the form of taxes that are
partially distributed as public funding to the anti-tobacco criminals.
The money recovered by those lawsuits will be then redistrubuted to
smokers, while the perpetrators of frauds will be jailed for their
crimes.
Indeed, this new millenium may see smokers back in society
where they belong, and smoking on the workplace, at home, and
wherever they are entitled to be by their rights as people. Of course,
after jailing the bastards, it would also be necessary to reform legal
systems so that this disgusting display of greed and dishonesty will
never happen again.
Let's go to work. "...In effect it means that employers are responsible for
making sure an employee has ergonomically correct furniture, such as
chairs and computer tables, as well as proper lighting, heating,
cooling and ventilation systems in the home office. The employer must
also provide any needed training to comply with OSHA standards,
including making sure the home work space has emergency medical plans
and a first-aid kit."
"OSHA officials made it clear they have no intention of
conducting inspections at private homes the way they do at employer
work sites. And they are not requiring employers to routinely inspect
the home work sites of their employees. BUT [emphasys added] the
advisory does hold employers responsible for any illnesses or injuries
that occur in the home workplace."
"Without a program that extends to the home, the company is
not likely to know what is going on," Mead said. "Ignorance
has never been an acceptable excuse for an unsafe working
environment." There we go. Now the state is regulating how we work at home. How?
By putting the responsibility on the shoulders of the private industry
once again, who in turn becomes more an more intrusive in our very
personal lives. Thanks once again, Socialist State! … And what do
you think the antismoking bastards are going to do to smokers who
exercise their right at home? You have one guess… and you don't have
to be a rocket scientist! If a worker's spouse smokes, ETS could
become an issue. If the company mandates a smoke-free workplace, it
could become a larger issue, no matters if the dangers of ETS are a fraud.
Not only the bastards try to take away our children, tax us to
death, make us supporting their criminals, fraudulent antismoking
agenda, but now they will force our behaviour even if we work at
home… for our own good, of course! Does anybody still think that it
is not time to clean up the house? But are these people really the sick ones - those in
really bad need of psychiatric attention? Have the patients
of the funny farm managed to lock the personnel inside and claim that
they are the doctors? Hard to tell, though we don't think so. That
would still presume the existence of political and professional honesty,
even with the absence of sanity.
We are more inclined to believe that corruption and total prostitution
of science and medicine for money and control are the real game
of the "health" establishment. The US Surgeon Generals have
recently become symbols of this prostitution that, differently than
the more ancient one, risks nothing (though it is still paid
up front) and sells somebody else's assets.
The very much ignored reality is that the youth is seeing
through the false information and the rhetoric of the antitobacco
cartel, and it is going to force the bastards to show their colours
more and more in the immediate future. Will that be sufficient to
stimulate a rebellion against those who are oppressing us? We do not
know, but we will certainly do all we can to help that happen, and
deliver an antitobacco-free future to the next generation, who seems
to be generally smarter than its predecessor. And what's the answer from the cartel? In a supreme display of
arrogance and dishonest behaviour, they say, thumbing their nose at
the farmers: "blame the foreign tobacco industry, it is not our
fault!"
Of course not. Just as much as BJs are not sex according to William
Jefferson Clinton. - The criminal
British Columbia government continues its persecution of smokers based
on the totally fraudulent ETS "evidence" on the dangers of
passive smoking. Effective January 1st, 2000, "Health-care
workers must refuse to treat clients who are smoking in their own
homes, and cleaning staff and food-servers are not allowed to enter a
smoker's hotel room under new Workers' Compensation Board
regulations."
Don't you love the title? Smoking "restraints"!
Letting patients suffer and even die if they are smokers is
quite OK for these Canadian criminals. When will these bastards decide
to tattoo smokers? Is any Nazi (health or otherwise)
disagreeing with that approach? How can anyone with an ounce of
humanity, let alone integrity, be indifferent to this? When
will the citizens, business people, and smokers themselves understand
that it is useless to argue with totalitarians who, like all fascists,
only understand force, and start cleaning up their house
from the anti-tobacco scum?
Since THERE IS IN SECONDHAND SMOKING, the only remaining
reason is the true reason: the state is engaged
in persecution activities against human rights. The BC
government is responsible for instigation of hatred and contiuous
fraud of its citizens. It is the duty of any decent citizen to
destroy anti-tobacco. Canadians must react forcefully against
a criminal government that exercise indirect violence to
control the behaviour of citizens it does not approve of, but it
extorts money from.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the anti-tobacco cartel at work.
State-endorsed terror, fraud, intimidation, even probable homicide
through institutionalised neglect. Do you like what you see? If not,
when are you going to rebel, and stop deserving what you
get? The absurdity of information prohibition in a nation that prides
itself on constitutionally protected freedom of speech is yet another
proof of the schizophrenia of these times. One example of this
absurdity is that while there is prohibition on tobacco advertisement,
the Neo-Nazi Party is allowed to spread hate literature.
Magasine publishers want to play puritan, and avail the frauds on
tobacco-related diseases? Not a problem for the tobacco industry that
has the means to defend itself and ITS freedom of speech. But what
about the common smoking citizen who is the target of unrelenting
propaganda against his lifestyle by criminal organisations who are
thriving with the very money extorted from his pockets?
It is important for all lovers of liberty and choice (smoking
included) to develop and promote independent means on information that
bring that truth about tobacco's real risks, its benefits, and our
lifestyle. We need to be confirmed in our choice that we cherish and
don't want to give up - especially today, when smoking has become a
true sign of personal independence. The tobacco industry seems to do a
good job for its commercial reasons. We have to do more as independent
people to inform each other, learn on ways to defend ourselves against
persecutions and hate campaigns, and spread this information to the
young brainwashed generation, while warning it on what the social
planners have in store for them: a world without choices and full of
lies. The right to smoke is not as trivial as it may look. Sums that
excdeed the national assets of many nations gravitate around it.
Recently, a clear signal has been sent by presidential candidate
George W. Bush to the anti-tobacco cartel and its minions. Lifting the
smoking ban at the White House may exceed the White House confines,
and go beyond the simple return to civility and politeness towards
foreign dignitaries.
Although the Republican Party has been sitting on the fence about
tobacco it is clear that, if elected, the Republicans may clear the
American house of much more than the antismoking-related corruption
pervading it. Perhaps the Republicans would also clean out the
squalid, shrill, fake and schizophrenic mentality and policies that
have infected the American institutions during the Clinton
para-communist regime.
Tobacco is NOT an epidemic, and the so-called
"tobacco-related diseases" are related to tobacco in a very uncertain and not proven way.
ETS and the "cost of smoking to
society" are a simply a colossal fraud. Private
industry (tobacco or otherwise) must once again become the backbone of
the United States instead of being persecuted and sued into perdition.
Environmental fanatics must be kept at bay, and health scares
professionals must be deprived of their public money lifeline. The US
is to quickly return to the fundamental principles and spirit of
its Constitution if it ever hopes in any way to remain the
leading nation of the planet.
Smokers are 23-25% of the American population according to official
and much manipulated statistics, but we believe that there are MANY
more than that. They also hold huge economic power. But even
more significantly, they hold IMMENSE political power -- a power that
politicians without morones are afraid to tap, while catering
instead to antismoking politics and frauds ignoring smokers' right
to smoke in private and in public, as well as smokers' civil,
human and financial interests.
FORCES is not aligned with any political party, for we are out to
defend and represent the interests and the rights of
smokers -- not the interests of tobacco industry, and even
less the frauds of antismoking politicians of any credo.
Thought the Republican Party may not be the perfect party (no one
is -- what is happening in Minnesota is clearly an example, see
below), it seems to be the "lesser evil," the medicine that
America needs to regain mental and political health. Many leftist
smokers may hesitate to support Republicans, and sometimes with good
reasons. But American smokers have to face a hard choice:
What do US smokers have to lose? Let's rally 50,000,000+ U.S.
smoking voters and support common sense. Let's clean up the
house -- and not just the White one! - Don't be fooled
by the title of this article. What the National Post says about the
new Disney's here is real - and the antismoking bastards know that
too, starting from Canada Health Minister Alan Rock down to the last
anti-tobacco lackey.
The reality is even more down to earth than this excellent article
describes - though that is still hard to accept, unfortunately, for
too many people: those who are actively involved in antismoking
campaigns are criminals of the like of the real hero of The Insider. The
lie, cheat, falsify, and they take advantage of the innocent. When
proven to be liars, they simply lie more and more, and laugh at those
who naively still believe they can prove their wrongdoing. Frankly,
they don't care at all if they are proven to be liars, as
long as they can hold on to power. This scale of perverted
values goes so far beneath the illegal, it paradoxically becomes even
accepted by some.
It is very hard for a nation to believe and accept that it has
criminals at the helm. It was impossible for Italy, Germany, and Spain
to believe the same 60 years ago. But in the last 30 years
anti-tobacco has managed to pervert science to the point that
laughable unreliable procedures such as epidemiological
self-reporting, fraudulent manipulation of databases and methodologies
(databases are ofthe proprietary, and not even accessible for public
scrutiny), corruption of scientists to produce "creative"
associations between tobacco and disease have gradually become the
foundations for public policy - and for a mockery of science.
No one questions the "associations" between tobacco
and disease because they are the medical fraud at the basis of the
political fraud. The inescapable reality is that those who do not
question antismoking pseudo-science are either ignorant, gullible
imbeciles, or - much more commonly - simply corrupt.
Why then should we be disgusted by The Insider? It is what
anti-tobacco is. It is what certain nations have become
- and not just as far as smoking is concerned. The horrible reality is that children are the main target
of this campaign of misinformation. It is time for all Americans to
rebel against this incredible level of corruption in a forceful
way. It is time for America to remove the health criminal
cartel from its political system. It is time for America to smoke
and be proud again.
Apparently, the self-appointed "Libertarian" government
of Minnesota (they are actually Reform, but spent themselves as
Libertarians) is also giving in to the pressure of the anti-tobacco
cartel, and it is becoming another accessory to scientific and
political fraud. So much for "no-state-interference"
Libertarian principles! This proves once again the immense
difference between promises and ideology, and the actual doing
when politicians end up sitting on the chair of power. It really seems
that the only way to ensure one's personal liberty is to stand
up for oneself, and defend that liberty with one's own force.
- "A lawyer who just concluded a successful suit
against the Agriculture Department on behalf of black farmers has set
his sights on the landmark 1998 tobacco settlement."
"In a class action to be filed later this week, Alexander
Pires Jr. of D.C.¹s Conlon, Frantz, Phelan & Pires argues that
the nation¹s tobacco companies and 46 state attorneys general, with a
web of fraud and broken promises, have produced thousands of silent
victims: struggling tobacco farmers. Pires has traveled along the East
Coast for the past two months in a push to sign up 2,000 plaintiffs
for the suit, which will be brought in U.S. District Court for the
District of Columbia. As many as 320,000 growers may one day be
eligible to serve as plaintiffs, he says."
Well, as much as we are against lawsuit and we recognise the urgent
need for tort reform in the US, we will make an exception for any
lawsuit brought against the tobacco settlement. On this, we even agree
with the antis - though for the opposite reasons: smokers should not
have to pay for any settlement they have not been part of. For that
matter, tobacco companies should not have to pay either. If fact,
there should be no settlement at all, for there can be no settlement
with gangsters using false and distorted science to extort billions. Apparently the Journal of the American Medical
Association surveyed its readers and discovered that they, as
well as experts in various medical fields, did not regard the tobacco
issue as very interesting or important. Since JAMA has
been a prominent receptacle of the anti-tobacco swill flowing from the
University of California, the anxiety of the two con-men cranking out
the junk science in San Diego is very real and touchingly poignant.
In the Proposition 99 world not to publish is to perish.
The American Medical Association and JAMA have
been around far longer than the anti-tobacco cartel. The AMA
perhaps senses that the limit of anti-tobacco junk science has about
been reached and may well wish to ensure its reputation doesn't suffer
from any guilt by association when karma strikes the Prop. 99 crowd.
Lie down with hogs and smelling like a rose becomes problematic.
By accusing the Americans for Nonsmokers' Rights of
adopting Nazi tactics, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association has
performed a valuable public service for California residents.
The nationally known group, as well as other organizations, are
appalled that the ANR, a million dollar plus recipient of the
Proposition 99 tobacco tax, is using the public's money to compile an
enemies list to silence its critics. Individuals who oppose
local smoking bans, expose anti-tobacco junk science or point out the
wanton waste inherent in anti-tobacco education are likely to appear
on the ANR's hit list which also includes at least one federal judge.
Proposition 99, passed in 1988, transfers money from
California consumers into the coffers of a multitude of special
interest organizations to "educate" the population on the
so-called dangers of smoking. To date, this transfer scheme as
netted the anti-tobacco cartel and its minions over $5-billion
dollars. To safeguard its share of the loot, the ANR
intimidates, bullies and threatens all who dare question any aspect of
California's wasteful and abusive anti-tobacco programs.
Earlier this year the ANR caused a flap by refusing to
remove from its Internet site a scurrilous
smear of two individuals who dared question the computation of
smoking morbidity rates. Confirming the suspicions of those who
question its ethics, the ANR claimed that its political credibility
trumped the facts. Since the ANR holds tax-exempt status and
receives taxpayer funding, the brazen admission of a political agenda
should activate red flags at the Internal Revenue Service.
The Americans for Nonsmokers' Rights was founded by Stanton
Glantz, the mechanical engineer turned Professor of Medicine, and
faithfully mimics that master of statistical manipulation. His
control of the group is evidenced by Director Julia Carol mindlessly
echoing his lame "mosquito abatement" analogy when caught in
an impropriety. Glantz himself was removed from the Proposition
99 slush fund several years ago for compiling his own enemies list of
California politicians who had the guts and integrity to protest the
misuse of taxpayer funding. Lately he has been smearing the
Governor of Florida for curtailing the abuses of that state's
anti-tobacco "education" program.
A thorough audit of the entire Proposition 99 program is
long overdue. With almost no state oversight the program is
riddled with cronyism, misuse of taxpayer funds and outright
corruption. Presented with the evidence, Californians are
very unlikely to continue their support for a program that has
completely deteriorated from what they voted for 11 years ago.
The unproven theory, discussed in the story, is that women
are more vulnerable to "cancer-causing substances in tobacco
smoke". The theory is unproven and, despite the billions of
dollars flushed down the anti-tobacco toilet, likely to remain
unproven since there are no substances in
tobacco smoke that have ever been proved to cause cancer. The
search for this Holy Grail has enriched thousands of anti-tobacco
stooges and goons for over three decades and will continue until the
thugs are prosecuted for fraud.
The researchers from the University of California - San
Francisco, home to Stanton Glantz, the granddaddy of statistical
manipulation, attempt to cover all bases by dragging in the
discredited notion that secondhand smoke also is harder on women than
men. As there is no evidence that tobacco smoke contains
"cancer-causing substances", it is a double absurdity to lie
to the public that secondhand smoke causes cancer.
Far too often smokers apologize for enjoying the inocuous
pleasure of smoking tobacco and tolerate the nonsense propagated by
anti-tobacco special interests. Smokers don't want to make waves or
rock the boat. Innate good manners and general geniality have brought
smokers to the point where actual violence and imprisonment are just
around the corner.
This article by Walter Williams not only enumerates some of
the most outrageous injustices foisted upon smokers, but, very
refreshingly, presents a call to smokers to stop groveling and stand
up for their rights as American citizens.
