 ACADEMY AWARDS SNUB

- Poor Jeffrey Wigand. Feted by
the crème des anti-tabac criminaux for his portrayal
of a harried whistle-blower, he has thankfully reached the end of his
15 minutes of unwarranted fame. Although Disney's "The
Insider", an Oscar contender in several categories, was very
loosely based on his dealings with a cigarette maker, Wigand's request
for an invite to the Academy Awards was rebuffed. Apparently
actor Russell Crowe, who plays the Wigand role in the movie, didn't
much care for the anti-tobacco warrior and had him blackballed from
Hollywood's premier event. Wigand's
circle of cheerleaders has dwindled to has-been, hack reporter, Mike
Wallace, goofy social engineer, Rob Reiner and anti-tobacco stooge
Allan Rock, Canada's Health Minister. To these three boneheads,
Wigand's history of drunkenness and wife-beating, not to mention
his obsession with firearms, is irrelevant to his usefulness in
furthering their waning careers.
' Israel's respected daily newspaper in the Hebrew language,
which markets itself as "the newspaper for thinking people,"
has published a six page cover story in its magazine supplement
dismissing the fact that passive smoking is dangerous to health and
praising some of the so-called benefits of active smoking. '
Rightfully, politicians who have put their eggs in the antismoking
basket and junk scientist are worried, and the misinformers cry
misinformation, using the old technique of the guilty ones: accusing
others of their own crime.
As we know, there is much more than just the fraud concerning ETS
in this war between well-financed professional liars and
under-financed defenders of truth and scientific accuracy: fifty
years of systematic attributions of disease to tobacco without EVER
having established ONE single causality according to the Scientific
Method. Fifty years of speculations catering to the vague
folkloristic notion that "smoking is no good for you."
Maybe that is true. But after half a century of research, and two
generations of misinformed misinformers, the "mountain of
evidence" is still a pile of assumptions, while
cancer is still undefeated. As this reality comes home to
roost, the smokescreen against tobacco increases. The substance,
however, has never been clearer, and these "learned" people
are basically saying:
"We have failed to conclusively prove that tobacco is
responsible for cancer (and any other disease), and we have in fact
failed to even understand and cure cancer. So, now forget all that. We
will concentrate in 'prevention' (based on our unproven speculations),
propaganda and on behaviour control. We will oppose serious
research for a cure for cancer just in case that research exonerates
tobacco and shows our incompetence and frauds. All that is getting
us billions, while the hysteria makes people forget about our
failures... and it is much easier to lie to people than to prove our
assertions -- and understand what the hell cancer is really
about." There is something that this beautiful series of events is telling
us. In most cases, the frauds of antitobacco still crash on legal
and/or scientific verification. FORCES INTERNATIONAL has recently exposed
the ETS frauds by answering to -- and debunking -- a letter from the
BC Workers' Compensation Board. To the best of our knowledge, that
was the greatest concentration of misinformation and outright lies
ever seen in a government letter.
The one thing that the BC sentence has proven once again is that
when people fight fire with fire; when the antitobacco cartel is
forced to PROVE its fraudulent assertions in a court of law that is
not politically corrupt; when people disobey laws that are NOT
respectful of the dignity of all - then PEOPLE WIN, and they don't
have to be the "majority" either.
The defeat of the cartel in BC is not concerning just British
Columbia, however: the other provinces were watching the outcome of
the BC fight to decide whether there was enough "substance"
to safely take the road of prohibition. That may be less likely to
happen now. But let us not rest. The cartel has unlimited state
funds, and it will be attacking again with a new angle,
and a new strategy. We have to fight to ELIMINATE the
cartel and its frauds by exposing not just its insults to liberty,
private business and common sense, but mainly its insults to truth
and science, both about primary and "passive
smoke," the "dangers" of the latter, once again, being 100% scientific fraud.
Thanks and congratulations to the fighters of British Columbia, and
particularly The Cabaret Alliance of Manitoba, the activists who have
donated so much of their time and money, and THE SMOKERS OF BRITISH
COLUMBIA who have, also through boycott and passive resistance,
created the financial and political conditions to fight back.
Now, this is yet another example of what's happening when
bureaucrats get to control the state machine. Make that obtuse,
dishonest, intrusive and fascist bureaucrats and - Voila! -
you have the FDA, the EPA, the OSHA, and all those entities originally
created with good intentions, and that now should be erased from
existence if we want to have back a free, real world again.
So, the computer spits out 17,100 yearly cases (exactly)
of coronary heart disease cases, and 5,600 (exactly) annual
deaths. This, of course, occurs after guesses and speculations have
been entered in the the junk science-programmed machines. The
printer's ink is still fresh on the pages and the imbeciles start
barking about labelling crackers, and even your grand mother.
Enough garbage already! We are sold "B"
movie-style pseudo-scientific trash, and we are paying billions of
dollars to be taken for a raid by a bunch of dishonest incompetents
who even add insult to injury by often calling themselves doctors,
and have the arrogance and the face to show themselves on TV thanks to
irresponsible media giving great relevance to their colossaly
expensive jokes.
"Health revolution," huh? Yes, let us have a real health revolution. Let's start
with wiping out all the virtual death generators, fire
their masters, and jail the mouthpieces -- especially when
they use their academic credentials to knowingly sell us frauds as
truths. Then let's continue with cleaning up science from politics.
Finally, let's see what's left, and go back to practice real
science, and real health policies -- with the appropriate priorities. Good Christ. Paine, Washington and Jefferson must be fuming in
their graves. Who cares? They are dead anyway - and not just with
their bodies. "We both employ people who had and have
relations with the tobacco industry -- my God -- but never mind that
.The public has to be bamboozled, and made to forget the real
political issues. Let's go on with the public fraud, OK Gore?"
"Yes Bush, let us make fools of our fellow Americans, as long as
they give us their votes... I'll accuse you of not being anti-tobacco
enough, and you'll do the same to me, while both of us accuse the
tobacco industry with the help of Philip Morris and our tobacco
advisors. We'll see each other here again in a few days for a drink
and a smoke, OK?. Take care."
These imaginary words of a real political dialogue sum up the
pitiful state of affairs of what was once a nation to look up to. Now,
no one knows where anyone stands on anything. Left and right babble
the same lack of ideas - and ideals.
Scientific frauds, fraudulent statistics on tobacco-attributed
deaths, lawsuits that make no one rich but the lawyers, and total
chaos over something that is NOT a public health
threat is all that seems to be left of a once great nation. As the
world looks (and unfortunately, sometimes tries to imitate) this
repulsive caricature of politics modelled after a grotesque,
computer-generated epidemic, millions really starve to death,
and die of real disease. The danger, however, is far from over. 'Dr. David A. Kessler,
the former F.D.A. commissioner who led the agency in reversing its
long-held position that it could not regulate tobacco, said today that
the loss in court had "in some ways moved the issue forward"
through the justices' recognition of the dimensions of the problem as
a public health issue. "We're in a very different place than we
were five years ago," Dr. Kessler, now the dean of Yale Medical
School, said in an interview.'
We are indeed. Under incredible political thrust, the huge
scientific fraud on which antitobacco and the FDA base their action
have been firmly consolidated. Without the necessary competence, or
time, to verify information themselves, magistrates and politician
seem have swallowed the Big Health Lie completely.
People like Kessler are already responsible for more health
hysteria than just the one concerning tobacco. For example, remember
the one about the silicone breast implants that destroyed Dow
Chemicals? Kessler instigated the crusade that turned out, once again,
to be without scientific foundation. While that hysteria has calmed
down now, the damage was done and lawyers got rich, but
Kessler and his gang were not punished. History repeats itself again:
Kessler is a champion of fraudulent science and public misinformation
-- and he is now the dean of the Yale Medical School, no doubt thanks
to his political connections with the health cartel mafiosos.
No, the danger is not over at all. As long as untouchable gangsters
like Kessler, Koop, and the rest of the antismoking gang are firmly in
power and cheat entire nations, WE ARE AT
WAR -- at war to defend honest science, freedom of choice
and behaviour, and truth. That is it, alright. There would not be much to fight if all the
bogus statistical disease attributions of disease could be replaced
with PROVEN causality. If fact, there would be no campaign at all, and
that would not make money for those child molesters. Unfortunately, 50
years of scientific frauds and emotional smokescreens have turned
popular folklore into "scientific" certainty.
"The American Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit group created
with money from the industry's 1998 settlement, plans to spend $1.5 billion on a national campaign modeled on
Florida's program."
Isn't it amazing what you can do with money stolen from smokers? Of
course, the ads may not be the real cause of the actual drop in youth
smoking in Florida. Independent researcher Wanda Hamilton writes:
"It's amazing (actually, I guess it isn't, given the
spin-doctoring of the niconazis) that the Florida ads are being
credited with the drop in the state's rate of underage smoking and no
one is talking about what in reality is the most likely reason for it
-- namely the state's heavy enforcement of youth access laws AND the
enforcement of the state's anti-possession law which was passed just
over two years ago. In l998 12,000
Florida youths were cited for possession
and made to pay fines, appear in court, do community service and/or
attend cessation classes. Four thousand repeat
offenders lost their driver's licences. "
"Both California and Massachusetts have done the teen-designed
ad thing for years, and yet youth smoking has climbed in both states,
so it's VERY unlikely the ads in Florida had anything to do with the
reported drop in youth smoking rates in the past two years. What's
different in Florida from both CA and Mass is the possession law.
Since it directly affected 12,000 kids, with 4,000 of them losing
their driving privileges, I'd say that was enough for word to get
around in the state's schools that it'd probably be a good idea to at
least SAY you didn't touch tobacco on a mandatory school-based survey,
wouldn't you? And actually it might really have made a
difference." ... And most likely, Wanda is right. Fascist methods and brutal
repression are known to be effective in the short term. After all,
Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy were crime-free societies. Petty
criminals were punished with disproportionate sentences, made to drink
castor oil, beaten, or they just "made disappear." Serious
criminals instead made it to politics and state bureaucracy -- not
dissimilarly to what is happening today in many nations terminally
affected by the antismoking social cancer.
One question, however, comes to mind. Let us assume that the
science fiction hypothesis that all the "tobacco-attributed"
diseases are real (and, of course, they are not). Are the resentment, hatred, fear and
vengeful desires against society, evoked in these youngstes who are
the victims of a political agenda worth the perceived and UNVERIFIED
gains?
Of course, the health Nazis would answer "yes" without
hesitation. To them, freedom of lifestyle, choice, and truthful,
accurate information on tobacco are not just unimportant - they are dangerous.
Though these criminals have a virtual monopoly on the mass media,
nevertheless they are right to be fearful of the truth. The endless
supply of money to sustain such an immense fraud and enforcement
cannot be there forever. Meanwhile, the American social bomb is
ticking, ready to explode at the first opportunity -- and young hands
will probably trigger it.
Let us just hope that the explosion will wipe out as many Nazis as

the perversion of scientific evidence by political
activists--especially, it seems, among tobacco's foes. Anti-smoking
activists like Glantz have too often been willing to sacrifice science
to politics, with little regard for truth. I recently experienced an
illuminating example of such misplaced zeal."
Mr. Levy refers to one common tactic of the antimsoking cartel: intimidation.
This is the tool of the weak and the fearful - what a coward uses when
his cheap rhetoric and false statements are unmasked. The social
aberration that antismoking is should make everyone think hard whether
he/she is friend or foe of tobacco. When someone decides that the way
of life of a minority is to be suppressed simply because the
majority does not like it; when state and corporation ban and
persecute a minority such as the smokers on the basis of the junk
science this scum mass-produces with public money, and the money of
smokers; then there is something REALLY wrong going on --
something that must addressed with resolve and forcefully,
even regardless of the original issue.
Prevarication, repression through legislation and taxation, and use
of false science are not new. But those who think that our times are
"better", and that we have "grown beyond"
discrimination, prejudice and hatred should think again. The thorough reply from the
BC WBC is, to date, among the best collections of junk science and
misrepresentations of evidence ever seen in one single package.
The reply from BC WBC is peculiar in its detailed response to the
questions. The WCB bureaucrats, in the attempt to do a good job of
constructing credibility through an intimidating amount of
information, have concentrated a large number of antismoking elements
together in one single letter, setting the stage for a massive
debunking and exposure of either their incompetence or, worse, their
dishonesty.
Therefore, in addition to a lighter version for the general reader,
we are also publishing a thorough debunking of the WCB reply, letter that
contains 28 misinformations, ranging from twisted
interpretation of results to outright fraudulent information
(and anything in between), for those who are interested in discovering
on what flimsy and corrupt foundations smoking bans are based, as well
as having a taste (...just a taste!) of the incredible amount
of corruption of antitobacco (for more "taste," click here). That industry
that has been built through five decades of poor professional ethics,
as well as public and professional misinformation.
That misinformation has been intentionally low-keyed for many years
before critical mass was reached and a resulting, exploding wave of
repression, legal litigation and social enmity now threathens the
fabrics of society, scientific integrity, private business,
livelihoods, schools, morals, the rule of law, and civil liberties. Congratulations, smokers of Waterloo!
Massive and persevering civil disobedience is the ONLY WAY to
have these fascists to respect our RIGHTS! Don't be afraid --
make the enforcement of smoking bans EXPENSIVE, and IMPOSSIBLE
TO MANAGE. This will cause the fascists to use force and show
their true colours, but especially, it will cause political
repercussions, and then and only then the politicians
will listen a little less to the corruption of the antismoking crowd,
and a little more to the electorate. Of course, mechanical engineers turned cardiologists à la junk
scientist Stanton Glantz of the antismoking cartel may say that this
is good nicotine, while the one from tobacco is bad
- though it is exactly the same. The fact is, tobacco yields many
benefits that have never been properly highlighted and that
today, more than ever, are buried under a pile of garbage called
antismoking propaganda. Notice, however, how state and pharmaceutical
cartel, while financing junk science and propaganda against smoking,
fight hard to gain control over the distribution and use of
nicotine.
Reality is, the pharmaceutical industry knows about
the positive effect of nicotine, and that tobacco is not the
"evil weed" is portrayed to be. The pharmacartel also knows
that the tobacco-attributed disease statistics are hogwash, and it is
positioning itself to have firm control over this natural substance.
To that end, it is first necessary to either put out of business,
nationalise, or absorb those who presently have the lion share of the
distribution of this substance: the tobacco industry.

their own priorities. It is writing to trade secretary Stephen Byers
and trade ministers across the globe saying the WHO is undermining the
sovereignty of national governments. Michael Prideaux, BAT spokesman,
said: "The WHO has been taken over by a coalition of anti-tobacco
activists whose stated purpose is to hound tobacco companies out of
business..." ' NO KIDDING! -- Hello?! The
WHO has been taken over by the United States government agenda in
conjunction with the pharmaceutical industry, which has among its main
targets the the take-over of the distribution of nicotine around the
world. The World Bank has become the strong arm of the World Health
Organisation, and uses its financial power to twist the arm of those
weak countries which still resist the infiltration of heavy
pharmaceutical and multinational industries into their economies and
social systems; which still resist the brainwashing of their citizens.
The social cancer spread by the WHO is already visible in many
countries whose health authorities are shown manipulated or outright
false information by an organisation that presently has much more to
do with international corruption bordering on gangsterism than with
helping to curb the real epidemics and starvation it is supposed to
fight. Unfortunately, this organisation still has enough authority to
effectively bamboozle many of the member states. The health
authorities of those countries then mindlessly parrot what the great
United States Cartel says, spending frauds as progress, appeasing the
WB, prostituting their economies to pharmaceutical multinationals, and
contributing to the impression the world is going antismoking.
Wake up, tobacco industry! Are you stupid - or
are you just pretending? Your bark is in the right key, but what
are you doing to bite? The only way to stop these gangsters is to
finance heavy campaigns exposing the scientific and political frauds
of the anti-tobacco cartel in those countries that are not
terminal with the antismoking cancer. EDUCATE people so that they can
see the frauds that are now being perpetrated at a global level, and
world public opinion will do the rest. Give voice to honest science --
and please, get rid of those oily PR people whose dress is so bloody
dirty, it needs a deep, thorough drycleaning, not just a dust-off. ... And antismoking was not supposed to happen in America... the
land of the free...(?) Hurrah for New York!
A law that is not respectful of the dignity of all, itself does not
deserve any respect.
If you don't like smoking, simply move your ass somewhere else,
buster! Smokers have the right to enjoy themselves and have hot
smoking dates too, and exercise to their right to smoke - yes, IN PUBLIC - and right in the face
of the antitobacco cartel bastards. They way it should be. The way it must
be. As the cancer of prohibition spreads once again in America, the
victims fight back. The ban is probably going to be challenged in
court. By whom? Certainly not by a bent-over, defeated and prostituted
tobacco industry that has its headquarters there. Indeed, the
antitobacco gangsters must feel like the Allies entering Berlin!
No, the challengers are those who are going to be bankrupted by the
witch-hunt: the food/hospitality industry.

court challenge by the Salem Food and Beverage Association, the
newly-formed organization representing 30 bars, restaurants and
clubs."
"Although the Health Board was nearly united in its stand, it
acted knowing the case could wind up in court and that the board does
not have the legal backing of the city's top lawyer, City Solicitor
William Lundregan, who was asked by Mayor Stanley Usovicz to examine
the legal issues in this case, concluded the health board does not
have the authority to impose a ban." Good luck to the courageous fighters in Salem. The limited means of
FORCES are at their disposal to help them in the fight against this
new religious hysteria. Though in different keys, history indeed
repeats itself.
"Herberman said anti-smoking billboards aren't working and
questioned the value of smoking cessation and prevention programs in
testimony last month in Pittsburgh before the state House
Appropriations Committee." Dr. Ronald Herberman is obviously out for the truth on both the
effects of antitobacco propaganda, as well as the rightful demand for
money to find a cure for cancer that would benefit the whole humanity.
The antitobacco cartel, of course, is not out for health, but it is
afraid that money is diverted to real science instead of the
cartel's parasitic purposes. But wait -- the best has still
to come! Here is the pathetic punch line:
' "He's free to lobby for money but his misrepresentation
of the scientific evidence is what bothered me so much," said
William T. Godshall, executive director of the group SmokeFree
Pennsylvania. '
...Yes, dear readers, you are right: the face of these people is
truly unbelievable! Mr. Godshall, the anti-tobacco cartel to
which you belong misrepresents scientific evidence for a
living! The distortions about smoking causing disease of all
kind is among the greatest masterpieces of fraud humankind ever knew.
The distortions of real scientific evidence and the manipulation of
public opinion have already put Machiavelli to shame several times
over.
All Dr. Herberman wants is money to find a cure for a disease regardless
of its real (or presumed)
causes. The cartel instead wants money to push propaganda based on
statistical attributions, innuendoes and exaggerations that have NO
PROOF in real science -- and it claims that Herberman is
misrepresenting scientific evidence! To add insult to injury, the gang
intimidates him and the institution he represents with the political
gangster tones that are typical of those involved in this kind of
professional prostitution.
As antismoking and honesty are mutually exclusive, we must ask a
question to Billy Godshall: are you afraid of competition, by
any chance? Yesterday, alcohol. Today, tobacco. Tomorrow, fatty foods. The
useless and the parasite have to keep busy, and get rich fast. As they
have nothing else to offer, hatred for your neighbour and intolerance
for your joy is all these sociopaths can offer. They lost yesterday,
and they will lose today and tomorrow. But they will never learn, for
they cannot. "We want to control the behaviour of society in all
details, and we want to get rich in doing so. We want to eliminate
smoking, drinking, eating the 'wrong' things, and we lie to children
to perpetuate a mentality of contempt and repression. The health
cartel will run the world. We do not care about science, the
Scientific Method, your feelings, what's fair, liberty and personal
choice. You belong to us… you belong to the State in the same way
Germans belonged to the Nazi State. Lobby groups and multinational,
including the Pharmacartel, will run the world, and use health and the
instrument of that oppression. The World Health Organisation will be
the carrier of our frauds, and the World Bank will twist the arm of
those countries that still think they can have self-determination in
their citizens. WE have to reach globalisation, and it has to be
modelled after the United States' health cartel. Information will be
falsified to suit, and it will be controlled so that dissent looks
bad, or it is silenced all together. The independent individual will
be branded and isolated and punished for not complying. His voice will
be lost in the noise of our propaganda, and he will be unemployed,
overtaxed, persecuted, and deprived of his children until his will is
bent to behave as we establish."
There: Doesn't that sound at least much more honest? This is what
we are fighting while keeping on smoking. |

Please forgive the antismoking propaganda garbage of this page, and
