Re: Criminal Complaint Filed By Me With The Seattle FBI Office On October 27, 1997
Dear Mr. Freeh,
Enclosed please find several documents relating to a complaint that I recently filed
with the FBI Seattle office. As is evident from my letters, that criminal complaint was filed
regarding the promotion of a tested and proven means to successfully undertake cyanide product
tampering of cigarette packages. This promotion of mass lethal domestic terrorism is carried on the
web site of a federally subsidized enterprise, Action On Smoking And Health (ASH).
As explained in the documents, the extreme fear that this promotion engenders in
those who are a "target" of ASH and the anti-tobacco enterprise (persons who lawfully consume
legal tobacco products) is not idle, nor is that fear without genuine foundation.
Enclosed are the following documents:
1. FBI Criminal Complaint - 11 pages. The introduction to the posting of
information relating to this matter on the www.forces-cdn.com Internet web site as of December 13, 1997.
2. Original FBI Complaint - Three pages, 2 enclosures. A copy of the original
complaint filed by me at the Seattle office of the FBI on October 27, 1997. Please note that the first
enclosure is the full text of the tobacco product cyanide tampering scheme promotion, and that
the second enclosure confirms that both Mr. Banzhaf and ASH have been honored at the
White House by President Clinton in a ceremony that was attended by the Secretary of US
Department of Health and Human Services, Ms. Donna Shalala.
3. Complaint Supplement November 3, 1997 - Four pages. First supplement to complaint.
4. Complaint Supplement December 1, 1997 - Four pages. Second supplement.
5. Demand Letter - To John Banzhaf, Esq., Executive Director, Action On Smoking
And Health. This letter communicates the fact of extreme fear that his and ASH's web sit promotion engenders, and demands that the cyanide product tampering scheme promotion be removed.
6. Delivery Proofs - Certified mail receipts for the above five documents.
I forward these documents to you personally in view of the extremely serious nature
of the mass violence promotion activities complained of, and in view of the urgency of
addressing the matter. I wish to assure that the Director of the FBI is personally aware of this threat to
the physical safety and well-being of several million "target group" Americans.
Sincerely,
Norman E. Kjono
