As a result of comments from Geoff Young (CRD Chair) after permission was given to proceed with injunctive actions against members of the Coalition I have sent the following letter to all members of the coalition.

The Esquimalt Inn is putting these steps in operation immediately.

We may have lost this battle but the war is not over and we will continue to fight this bylaw whether it's in the courts or the polls in November.
