Six establishments are under fire for allowing smokers to exercise their rights notwithstanding a ban based on junk science, and pure state prevarication.

The Canadian "health" organizations, sickly prostituted to the greed of power, control, and taxpayer dollars, are deceiving the Canadian public into the belief that secondhand smoke is harmful. These people know damn well that there is no evidence of harm in secondhand smoke, but that does not matter to them.

Instead of being regarded with contempt for the frauds they are promoting, and possibly prosecuted, these people have made a profession out of systematic falsifications, and have turned the government machine into their strong arm. We ask the readers to forgive the intentionally strong language, but there is no more respect left to give.

This is the first regional smoking ban, as well as the test case for other provinces, and for transforming the entire Canadian nation into a prison for smokers. If the anti-tobacco cartel win this one, Canada will become one of the most oppressive nations in the world for smokers -- in anticipation of more state control to come. For -- make no mistake -- even if the smoking issue seems of little importance per se to many people, this sort of repressive campaign, pursued undemocratically and with the use of deception and corruption, is a sign of an UNHEALTHY body politic which will, if unchecked, cause grief for many Canadians in many walks of life. If permitted to get away with this, governments will recognize and act upon this precedent for expanding their power and control in the micro-management of citizens' lives.

Like gangs racing to establish who is the most ferocious, the anti-tobacco cartel-driven governments of Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand and England are racing to see who is the "toughest" in shoving of their will, lies, and frauds down the throats of defenseless citizens. This sinister competition must end, and this international anti-tobacco cartel must be destroyed -- no matter how much political balm it seems to carry.

The courageous people of the Freedom of Choice Coalition have done more than whine and complain. They have put it all on the line: THEY ARE ACTUALLY FIGHTING against gangsters who have nothing to lose even if they lose, and are financed by an endless supply of money. We look up to the members of the Freedom of Choice Coalition as a shining example of what everybody should do. But now they need more than just admiration and a pat on the back. THEY NEED OUR SUPPORT. THEY NEED OUR MONEY.

Ten thousand Canadian dollars, approximately 6,000 US dollars, is what it takes to bring this case to the Supreme Court. Imagine: only 6,000 US dollars against gangs that have UNLIMITED FUNDS because they leech taxpayers' money to feed their useless, destructive power.
