Please note that, notwithstanding the claimed "overwhelming amount of evidence," OSHA still doesn't have enough to dictate a national workplace smoking ban in the US, and neither has the national government of Canada. If it did, the BC government would not be the authority banning smoking in restaurants and bars in the province, but the ban would come directly from the federal government and would apply to the entire nation.
