The BC WCB is abusing its mandate by interfering in private business, and misrepresenting the health effects of ETS to justify its action. The WCB is acting on speculations rather than proven dangers to either workers' safety or health.

The overwhelming number of studies that have failed to prove any statistically significant risks from ETS exposure is totally ignored by the WCB and by the government, who are continuing to misrepresent the ETS risks for political purposes related to health only in words.

FORCES INTERNATIONAL makes available its scientific evidence archive and more documentation (not currently posted) to any group willing to take legal action against the WCB, or against any government or private institution that keeps misrepresenting the facts on Environmental Tobacco Smoke and primary smoke.
