We have read your letter about attacking smokers with any means possible.
We are very happy to tell you that we are an organization that has as its main purpose the destruction of
the antismoking movement, and the punishment of intolerant individuals like you.
So, it appears that you have met your match. People like you, who condone harassment and even violence against their
neighbours, do not deserve any respect, but they DO deserve attention, since they are spreading violence,
intolerance and lies among otherwise innocent people.
We will publish your address on our popular websites, and we will invite all our contacts to expose you to the
media, and use you as an example of what antismoking nazis like you really are.
Thank you for crawling out from under your rock, because garbage like this needs to peak out from the smooth, professional-looking
surface of feigned "concern for children" routines, junk science, and falsified statistics, so that people can
see the REAL face of antismoking.
You prove that antismokers (as distinct from civilized people who simply don't like smoking) are disgusting people, and we have ZERO TOLERANCE for your hate and harassment, so just expect a lot of harassment back.
Come on, suckers, let's see what you've got! We want to take the streets back too. We're prepared to FULLY defend ourselves against
those who manufacture excuses to persecute their neighbours, and we will denounce you at every opportunity.

Nazi? We're trying to stop people from dying. What positive aspect does anyone derive
from tobacco? Bottom line: Some people are willing to give up their lives for this
cause. Don't take this as a threat, but what smoker could be proud to have on his
grave "he died so people could smoke". We are lawyers, doctors, students, and society.
If you wish, we could set up a meeting (unless you only feel comfortable on email)
There would be no intentions for violence, as a matter of fact, if you feel more
comfortable, we can have armed police officers present. We can discuss meeting in
California, New York, or Vancouver. We want to end this peacefully, but have support
from smokers and non-smokers, and will NOT let children and society die.

Before I meet or respond to any more questions, you must answer this. Have you ever
sat with a chemo patient (smoker) and watched him suffering, then die right in front
of your eyes? I want to know.
Your organization seems to be a group of kids not sure what you want to achieve.
I'm assuming you've never been in a war such as Viet Nam. Have you ever had to take
somebodys life? Had a bullet shoot through your leg? Let someone that killed your
friend live? There are things in life that aren't that good.
We give smokers a chance to quit before we act, when we do, it's serious.
I will not respond until you have faced up and answered the first question.

This is a third request for a conference call to make an audio record of the public threats communicated through a means of interstate commerce, for purposes of civil and criminal referral.
Yes or no will do. Embellishing and adding to your threats, as you did in your e-mail of 14:02 on March 6th, merely proves our case more fully.
Please call to arrange for a conference call so that we can document what you mean by "when we do, it's serious," "take somebody's life", and "a bullet shot through your leg."
Do we understand that the alternative you presume to impose on persons who smoke is that they will quit or suffer those consequences at the hands of yourself and "legalviolence@mailexcite.com"? Does the prospect of violence against those who lawfully consume legal tobacco products "mailexcite" you?
We will not respond further to your terrorism. Make a record or butt out. Other than that we just post your diatribes up on the hate mail for normal citizens to read and decide about.

PLEASE NOTE: After this letter, Mr. Steller has attempted to block any further reply by instructing its mail server to electronically "bounce back" any further correspondence coming from our mail address. That move was quickly circumvented by borrowing sombody else's mailbox. We then sent the following message:

We will only say this one more time: please take advantage of the opportunity to make a public record of your position on violence directed against smokers who lawfully consume legal tobacco products. A Forces member is preparing a supplement to the FBI complaint on file regarding the behaviour pattern of organized assault by Legalviolence.com on members of the Project ASSIST "target group ", persons who smoke. We would like to assure that your justifications and excuses are included in a complete record with our filing.
What anti-tobacco organization are you handled by? Is your controller with ASSIST, ENACT, IMPACT, ASH or FANS? Do they prepare your scripts as well? We have noted a distinct pattern of similar threats and anti-tobacco party lines showing up in different parts of the country at the same time. We would appreciate it if you could discuss with us who prepared your dialogue, and your instructions are communicated to your. That would provide good background for our article about Legalviolence.com.
Given the lack of originality to your threats, and the demonstrated behaviour of evasion and running away when confronted, we are very concerned that you may present a serious threat of basic violence directed at persons who are unable to defend themselves. Please refrain from mugging elderly gentlemen, as occurred in New York City to a 62 year old man who smoked in a restaurant; slapping around teenagers who smoke, as a police officer did in Mineola, New York; or beating up eighth month pregnant women who light up at shopping malls, as happened in Ohio. Not only does it show a decided lack of class, it is also quite illegal and very hurtful to others.

If you adequately review the violent history of anti-tobacco, you can tell us where you and legalviolence.com fit into the picture. Your assistance in explaining for the record your motivations, modus operandi, preferred victims, and special techniques for causing pain while exciting yourself, would be appreciated.
We would also appreciate your insight and critique regarding our FBI complaint supplement, as well as our editorial that will feature your activities.
Finally, why do you act as if you threaten others with being shot or other serious physical injury, and then just dump and walk away when confronted? Did it ever occur to you that we take you very seriously, and a face value of what you threaten. This will only be over when the appropriate civil and criminal proceedings have gone full course, through due process of law.Run, but you can't hide.
Given your apparent need to express your dominance and control, I am certain that we will be in communication for a very long time. So rather than "Good Bye" or "Sincerely", I will simply say in closing,
