MORE PROOF OF ANTI-SMOKER LYNCH LAWBut I thought that in order to have a fair trial, you had to have a judge and jurors who had not been influenced by these things, didn't you? Isn't that what they have changes of judge or venue to prevent, or overturn judgments altogether, if this happens to even the lowest ordinary criminal? Not in this anti-smoker gangster state, sucker! See, here is law professor John Banzhaf, openly crowing about deliberately violating this fundamental Constitutional right! See how there is no outcry from the media. See how there is no reprimand from the legal profession. I will be sending it to the Dean of the University of Wisconsin Law School, to various lawyers associations, and to our members of Congress, and just watch: NOTHING WILL HAPPEN! Meanwhile, we smokers can't find an attorney to represent our interests even now. So I say, if there is any wishful-thinking fool who believes that the legal system of this country is not totally corrupt, then LET THEM PRODUCE THAT ATTORNEY. Until then, I say it is only honest to declare that we might as well take everything we were told in civics class and flush it down the toilet. MUST WE TAKE THE LAW INTO OUR OWN HANDS TO DEFEND OUR RIGHTS?
