ANTI-SMOKER TALK SHOW HOSTS CENSOR INFORMED SMOKERS' ADVOCATES
Anti-smoker talk show hosts are well-known to us for indulging anti-
smokers with interminable rants of lies, slanders, defamations, libels, and
ignorance of the lowest kind. And then they refuse to allow smokers'
advocates to speak, to make it look as if everyone agrees and there is no
dissent. And they especially try to exclude well-informed smokers' advocates,
because we commit the unpardonable sin of winning arguments and making the
anti-smokers look bad.
Dave Anthony of WIBA in Madison, Wisconsin, is just such an unprincipled
host. He allowed a notorious anti-smoker named "Willie," who is equally
notorious for both his extended ramblings and his excessive calls (which have
forced local hosts to make rules limiting the number of calls per week), to
spew forth his venom and bile before the top of the hour, and then call back
again after the news to continue his tirade.
When I dialed in to speak, the call screener told me that I would be
next. But, knowing who I am, Dave Anthony ignored my call and changed the
subject. So I would like to expose what happened, and inform the public that
this happens frequently, and on many other talk shows across the country that
I have called as well.
I would also like to share the comments that I was planning to make, for
the benefit of any WIBA listeners who may drop in on this website who heard
the show in question.
Willie spouted the stock anti-smoker cant about "nicotine addiction."
But when asked about cigars, he said, "I don't think that they are
specifically a nicotine delivery device," to the amusement no doubt of anyone
who places a value on intellectual consistency.
He called tobacco executives "amoral people," and advocated that smokers'
relatives ought to "kill them" in retaliation for the "suffering" they've
supposedly caused. Meanwhile, smokers' advocates would probably be banned
from the show if they talked about killing anti-smokers.
(Furthermore, I have been personally threatened with death by shooting,
ON THE AIR, by famous talk show host Paul Lyle. He worked in this town before
going to San Diego, and is a big wheel in the Association of Talk Show Hosts.
This was shortly after his first-time purchase of a handgun, which he dwelt
upon at length in a number of shows. I defiantly called in and played an
electronic toy that made a tinny "machine gun" sound effect, and he spewed
Yiddish curses at me.)
Willie called for a ban on all tobacco industry advertising. He cited
some billboards, which are allegedly "all over town" (despite the fact that
this area's largest billboard firm cravenly capitulated to anti-smoker bullies
some time ago), as supposed examples of the tobacco industry's deceitfulness.
He claimed that the ads were aimed at black people (he tacitly presumes
that white people would never accept black people as symbols of glamor and
sophistication), which he takes as inherently reprehensible, apparently in
the belief that black people are incapable of thinking for themselves.
He claimed that the ad showed some "white powder" on the cigarette pack,
which he inferred to be "cocaine." And, he babbled that the cigarette stuck
up like a "phallic symbol." Then, on the basis of his own racist and
malicious misconstruals, he thinks the tobacco industry ought to be denied any
freedom of speech.
Some of the points I would have made if I had not been denied the
opportunity:
Let's look at the anti-smokers' crimes, versus Willie's free associations
about pictures on billboards. These include blatantly fraudulent smoking cost
claims, which pretend that non-smokers' costs don't exist; a ten year campaign
of deliberate libel that smokers are an economic burden, and censorship of the
truth; and 41 state lawsuits that are founded on nothing but perjury to
Congress. Anti-smokers flagrantly lie about matters of fact, while their
attempts to charge the tobacco companies with lying strain credulity.
And, there is no nicotine addiction. The anti-smokers changed the
definition to falsely make nicotine "fit" it. Under their bogus definition,
even caffeine could be proclaimed "as addicting as heroin and cocaine," and
a cup of coffee ludicrously termed a "caffeine delivery device."
Nicotine improves mental functions in both smokers and non-smokers.
There are more nicotinic receptors in the right hemisphere of the brain than
in the left, and one of nicotine's effects is stimulation of the right side of
the brain.
Stroke victims with damage to the right side of their brain sometimes
deny that their left side is paralyzed, because of their loss of the right-
side function of detecting contradictions to their beliefs. They make up
excuses, such as having arthritis, etc., to explain the immobility of a limb,
or they may even claim that it has moved when it hasn't.
My own theory is that anti-smoker mental processes are much like those of
right-sided stroke victims. They pile lies upon lies, their proverbial "house
of cards," getting progressively more out of touch with reality, because they
block out any awareness of contradictions to their dogmas.
The anti-smokers refuse to consider that improved mental processing could
be desireable. Instead, they try to force tobacco use into a false and
defamatory model of mood-altering drug use, in order to justify persecuting
tobacco users.
They misinterpret inaccurate subjective reports of "stimulant or
depressant effects" as objective pharmacological effects. They trump up
merely missing cigarettes, or just thinking about them, as "craving" and
equate these with severe physical withdrawal symptoms. And, with monumental
obtuseness, they have even misconstrued the hormone rises caused by nausea
from a too-high dose of nicotine, as euphoria!
Anti-smokers hate nicotine, because it threatens their whole corrupt
world view when unwanted rational thoughts break into their conscious minds.
It should surely be possible to prove, objectively and scientifically, that
anti-smokerism is a manifestation of severe brain disorder.
One possibility is the ingenious neurological trick of instilling ice-
cold water in the subject's left ear. This stimulates the right side of the
brain, and for about half an hour afterwards, even right-sided stroke patients
admit the paralysis that they had been denying. The information had been
getting into their brain, but access to it had somehow been blocked.
Moreoever, a single patient acts like two separate persons, one denying and
the other not denying paralysis, neither of whom is aware of the other!
Anti-smokers block information that doesn't reinforce their prejudices.
It would not be surprising to see them likewise split into two separate
people, a cold water one who is intellectually honest, and the regular one who
is a cant-spouting, deluded freak.
A straightforward, high-tech method would be MRI determination of
subnormal activity in anti-smokers' right brains. Considering the numerous
crimes committed by the anti-smokers, anti-smokerism is a psychopathology
that demands forceful intervention, for the protection of society.
