Welcome to the Forces International Forum, where we entertain ideas, suggestions, and debate. In this page we try to debate the social problems that the anti-smoking policies have created. We'll share the experiences of those who have suffered from anti-smoking policies, and bite back when the antis bite us! We encourage you to write to us, and we will publish it, if constructive - or at least instructive.

July 15, 2006 - A great point against the antis - Robert is an avid reader of our website, and he writes to us with a good argument: if the antismokers are so worries about the unproven hazards of passive smoke for children in cars, why there is no action against the proven hazards of dangerous driving when children are on board? A good argument indeed, except that Robert - like all honest people - thinks about logic, commonsense and real priorities. But that is not at all what the antitobacco fraud is about. Our C.E.O. Gian Turci responds.

January 25 - Lung Cancer Rates - A reader minding her own business found a television camera shoved in her face.  That night she watched the news and saw her featured as one of those recalcitrant smokers society is working so hard to eradicate.

February 16 - Invasion Of Privacy - A reader minding her own business found a television camera shoved in her face.  That night she watched the news and saw her featured as one of those recalcitrant smokers society is working so hard to eradicate.

Point of clarification - November 11 - An anti-tobacco lawyer objects to the language used when corresponding to a restaurant that prominently announced that it was "proudly smokefree."  A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet and exclusion by any other name would be just as hurtful and unacceptable.  Bigotry is bigotry and silence in the face of it is not golden.

Sanctimony suites the antismoking scum - October 20 - Answer to a reader who criticises us for a reply to a young man over two years ago! According to him, we did not do the “right thing” by pointing out the truth on smoking and tobacco and, even worse, we did not bestowed on him sanctimonious paternalism. Sorry, sir: antismoking is a social cancer and a fraud that is targeting especially the youth – and for that reason, we are making our best effort to make young people aware of how “public health” is conning them – to make them aware of a frightening upcoming reality that must be stopped: a word of pharmaceutical drugs and state surveillance where 100 years lived under the immoral control of the state are considered better than 70 lived as free people making their own decisions on lifestyle and values. And there is no junk science and sanctimony that is going to make us change our mind.

Smoking and animals - October 20 - Reader loves smoking, but she feels bad because of some animal testing. Although we are sympathetic to what she feels, it is also true that virtually all industries, for a reason or another, are testing on animals: food, cosmetics -- drug companies especially -- test on animals. Unfortunately, there is no other way to test things sometimes, as the alternative is to test on humans.

Amen to your website! - October 20 -  Reader finds "home" at FORCES, but she would like the health gangs to go after drinkers instead of smokers. FORCES disagrees.

I need to bitch because I had enough - October 20 - As it is a common occurrence, this FORCES reader finds in our organization a sort of "venting valve", so he "needs to bitch because he had enough". But a question come naturally: What is he prepared to do, other than bitching?

Smoking and minors... fascism and Target Market - October 20 - "Minor" from Target Market feels that "extreme steps" must be taken against Freedom of Speech and Expression (oops, sorry... tobacco advertising) because he feels he is "targeted" -- and this "kid" says so with the most professionally crafted letter we have ever seen. A copy-paste con artist in the making, or a formed, professional antismoking con posing as a kid? You decide.

Rights - May 12 - We believe that there is a big problem in the world: there are still too many honest, innocent people. Here is a reader who asks us where to write a petition to have her smoking rights back! Far out! She does not realize – along with millions of others, unfortunately – who she is dealing with: fascists that are often hidden in white coats, and who take the opportunity of pharmaceutically-sponsored junk science to implement their political/financial agendas at the speed of light and world-wide, at the service of the industry that pays them off in the first place. What do rights have to do with that?

Rightful hatred - May 12 - Why do we publish this antismoking garbage? To show to those who still believe that some form of dialogue or compromise is possible with antitobacco how utterly wrong they are. But also and especially, we publish it because the writer IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT in some of what he says. What?... Seriously – just read: he proudly states that he has abused smokers for years, and got no reaction whatsoever. It is well known that abuse gives a pleasurable feeling of power to the abuser, and as long as he can get away with it, why stop? (Caution: strong language inside).

No smoker’s good deed shall go unpunished - May 12 - Young smoker tells us about the “rewards” he gets when he helps people: fired from his job thanks to the squealing of a woman who reported to his boss without even facing him directly. Typical example of “smoke-free” society: good deeds get punished if they have a cigarette attached to them, and cowardly acts get rewarded for the "health of the collective". Back to the USSR in the name of “health? It sure seems that way… БЕЗ ПЕРЕВОДА, ТОВАРИЩ! (to your health, comrade!)

A bygone era, or: a losing attitude - May 8 - A very nice letter, that, however, depicts exactly the attitude that may irreversibly deliver smoking (and freedom) to history: accepting implicitly that there is nothing we can do to stop fascism from running us -- other than crying and being "nostalgic". If we decide that we belong to the past and that we have lost, sure enough it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy. ...And you know what? The real loser will also congratulate himself -- and feel reassured for having seen so far; he has surrendered even before fighting -- because he knew the outcome of the battle already!

Get the bastards, or: a winning attitude - May 8 - Dear Bill, congratulations! Now, compare your letter with that of another reader. You are doing exactly the right thing. It is disgusting that citizens who pay more taxes than anyone else are kicked out and punished, with all the economic power they have – but that they are afraid to use because they are lead to question their own behaviour by fascist propaganda based on frauds!

A “disturbing website” – Thank you! - May 8 - Reader finds our site “disturbing” especially because we expose the fraudulent antismoking propaganda of “public health”, where “proven causality” really means: “We guess -- and we have the power to push it with your money”. We are accused of pushing “money-tainted views” – perhaps because we are exposing the payolas of Big Pharma to “public health” and its peripherals. If that is the case, thank you very much for your letter: we are proud to smoke, and drink, and to eat fat-dripping hamburgers – right in your face.

Smokers have financed the war – but no thanks are coming - May 8 - If the cost of this war is 90 billion bucks, then we still have 130 billion left over from the tobacco settlement  before anyone besides the smokers has to pay one red penny.  This country owes the smoker one gigantic thank-you for financing this war for them. Asking only 25 percent of the population to finance a major war is a bit extreme, but smokers are the best, and we are up to it.”  Indeed we are, as far as disposable citizens go.

High risk choices - May 8 - Reader comments on the hypocrisy, inconsistencies and lack of logic of antitobacco. We respectfully disagree – and we explain why.

Will they print it? - Reader is shocked to see how little importance the press gives to polluting smoke stacks in his city, while it is going ballistic on smoking. It is all a matter of what pays politically - and public health has nothing to do with that. It never did.

There are no "simple ways" to establish causality - Readers writes to Gian Turci because it seems that smoking may have a protective effect against cold, and maybe even against S.A.R.S. (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), but there seems to be a  common error in the concept of "proof".

What's Up With The WHO's Latest Secondhand Smoke Study? - A reader asks for clarification on the WHO's latest secondhand smoke study and makes a common error by asking for assistance in proving that secondhand smoke is harmless.
