Just watched the vote on CSPAN. 220-215.
Now it goes to the Senate. From what I've heard, it's likely to have a tougher time there.

It's actually a little more complicated than that. The House and Senate have separate bills. Once a bill is passed in both the House and the Senate, then negotiators will be appointed to a committee that will create the final bill, which will then be voted on again by the House and Senate. That will be the final Bill.
