Right leaning libertarians as traditionalists? Perhaps. I guess some of the Ron Paul/Tea Party crowd might fall into that category. I consider myself a right-leaning libertarian, but I'm not overly concerned with traditional values. I guess it depends on what one means by "traditional values".
