If they never saw her smoking, they would never know she was smoking. The smoke dissipates in a few feet. I have proven that 6 different times. I have blown smoke into a room where someone said the were allergic to smoke. I was out of sight and could not be seen. Went thur a whole cigarette. Nothing. When I actually walked into the room and when they saw the cigarette they started coughing. Two even their eyes started to water. But when they can not see you smoking it does not affect them. It is all in their head.

I hear ya Azmac and I get that, but what's up with the judge? Is he/she going to have to hear proof scientifically that smoke dissipates after few feet/seconds, or is the judge going to turn out to be just another crusader/activist that doesn't care about the truth or common sense?

I mean, how have we all managed to live together in peace up until now?
