FORCES INTERNATIONAL is offering a reward of US $3,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of current or former anti-tobacco industry activist, institution or government official for anti-tobacco related crimes such as perjury, alteration/falsification of official documentation, false swearing, racketeering, and conspiracy.

The purpose of this reward program is help bring to justice individuals or organizations who have committed serious crimes as part of their efforts to uproot the use of tobacco through alteration and misrepresentation of data, false testimonials, misleading public information, and public encitement to persecutorial attitude.

It is clear that in the last few years the tobacco control movement -- perhaps originally well intentioned -- has degenerated into an industry of hate and falsehood financed by the government with taxpayers' money. This industry has effectively abandoned its primary purpose and it has turned its attention to the construction of false or questionnable scientific and statistical information, which is used as a base for furthering the persecution of smokers at the tune of hundred of millions of dollars in direct and indirect government support. This support if often difficult to trace back to the final recipients, since in most cases it disappears into the coffers of private organizations that are not mandated to disclose their fundings.

This kind of government-sponsored, self-perpetuating scam has attracted many unscrupolous individuals from all walks of life who portray themselves as saviours of society while filling positions often compensated at the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars per year paid by hard-earned taxpayers money. These individuals are responsible for a large amount of the public hysteria and misinformation about tobacco use and secondhand smoking that is now pervading the society of many nations, and it has already caused the undoing of families, loss of jobs, business, and much social stigmatization.

Often these individuals hold prominent positions in public life, or -- through their organizations -- dramatically influence the decisions and policies of government.

We believe that it is time to get tough with the wrongdoing of such organizations and individuals whose behaviour we no longer hesitate to define as criminal. These individuals and organizations have now a price tag on their heads.

FORCES INTERNATIONAL realizes that a reward on antismokers may be a controversial position -- it certainly is radical. But we feel bound to act on our conviction that many -- too many -- antismoking individuals and organizations are acting unethically, and we want to help to stop them. These parties obviously lie because of money, so it is only appropriate that we use money to get proof of their wrongdoing.

The targets of our reward program include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Antismoking organizations executives
• Professionals (lawyers, physicians, researchers, etc.) and institutions that have falsified, altered, or misrepresented data later used for campaigns against smoking and smokers
• Media reporting the above information without qualifications on the origins of such information
• Civil servants of all categories who have presented unscrutinized information to the public, or to other levels of government
• Political figures of any party
• Public government figures covering any function in state administration

• use the Internet, mailings from clubs or other organizations, newsletters of all kinds, and other means to help spread the word that a reward is on the head of the anti-tobacco operatives.
• send copies to local newspapers, talk show hosts, television news broadcasters, and others, telling them of your interest and support for our initiative.
• call talk show programs to tell them about the reward offer, especially if they are discussing smoking prohibition, bans and other limitations of the right to smoke.
• be sure that anyone you know who had any connection whatsoever with antismoking organizations and government knows about this important offer.

FORCES INTERNATIONAL offers to pay, to one or more persons who provide information to FORCES INTERNATIONAL which helps lead to the arrest and conviction in a court of law of one or more anti-tobacco-related representatives for anti-tobacco-related crimes, a cash reward of no less than US $3,000.00 under the following conditions:

"arrest" means that an individual is taken into custody, either voluntarily or involuntarily, regardless of whether or not he/she is subsequently released.

"conviction" means that a judgment of guilty is formally entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, either as a result of a finding of "guilty" by a judge or jury, or because of a plea of "guilty" which is accepted by the court.

"anti-tobacco-related representative" means:

• any person who is or was involved in antismoking activities full or part time
• anyone employed by an antismoking organization in any executive or support capacity, including any lawyer, physician, or any scientist performing executive functions
• any privately owned or publicly traded commercial organization (i.e.: pharmaceutical industry) that has encouraged, financed, and directly or indirectly divulged false or altered information for the purpose of anti-tobacco propaganda.
• any person employed by a privately owned or publicly traded commercial organization who has actively and knowingly divulged false information for the purpose of anti-tobacco propaganda
• any professional (lawyer, physician, researcher, etc.) who has falsified or altered data later used for campaigns against smoking and smokers
• any government employees who has publicly taken a strong stand against smoking and smokers knowingly basing his/her assertions on corrupted and/or unreliable data.

"anti-tobacco-related crimes" include those crimes committed on behalf of a public or private antismoking organization and directly related to the promotion, advertising, or popularization of altered or falsified data and information directed to the public and to the promotion of legislative, administrative, regulatory, or judicial proceedings against tobacco products, and especially its users. These could include crimes such as perjury, obstruction of justice, false swearing, securities fraud, tax fraud, conspiracy, racketeering, and other related crimes.

"cash reward" means that cash, a check, or similar negotiable instrument will be presented to the person entitled to the reward within 180 days of the date a judgment of guilty is formally entered. The winner must pay all applicable taxes.

"no less than US $3,000" means that the cash reward will be at least in that amount. The reward may also be larger if the amount is increased from time to time by FORCES INTERNATIONAL as a result of additional contributions.

"information" qualifying for the reward includes documents, video or audio tape recordings, data of whatever kind stored on a floppy disk or other appropriate medium, and individual verbal statements (including testimony) of a person having knowledge of relevant facts.

any letters, documents, or other information submitted by mail in response to this reward on a non-anonymous basis should include the full name, address, and phone number of the person submitting the information.

persons choosing to submit information by mail on an anonymous basis should include with the mailing either:

(1) a first name and phone number of a friend in another city where FORCES INTERNATIONAL can leave messages; or

(2) an alphanumeric code name known only to the submitter of the information. If information in that form is received, FORCES INTERNATIONAL will communicate with the submitter by leaving a message on FORCES INTERNATIONAL's 's web site, at the following special address:

to help decide if information submitted by a particular person in fact helped lead to the conviction of a person found guilty of a felony, FORCES INTERNATIONAL's lawyers will make the determination based upon any information provided by prosecuting authorities, media accounts, trial transcripts, and other information.

if, in the judgement of FORCES INTERNATIONAL's legal advisors, information from two or more sources helps lead to a conviction(s) as provided above, or if substantially similar information is received from two or more sources, the reward shall be divided between the sources in a manner determined by FORCES INTERNATIONAL in its sole discretion to be fair and equitable.

FORCES INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to choose not to submit any information it receives to prosecutorial authorities. FORCES INTERNATIONAL does not urge, encourage, or condone any violation of the law in connection with this reward offer or otherwise, and reserves the right to share any information it receives with lawyers for bringing legal actions directed against the anti-tobacco cartel, as well as with appropriate federal, provincial, or local administrative agencies.

persons submitting information for this reward are expected to cooperate with FORCES INTERNATIONAL and appropriate authorities.

the rules and conditions related to this reward offer may be amended by FORCES INTERNATIONAL, and all such amendments will be posted on FORCES INTERNATIONAL's Web Site.
