“..if theBritish Empire and its Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will stillsay: ‘This was their finest hour.’”
So spoke a smoking titan, Winston SpencerChurchill, in the infamous summer of 1940. Less than 10 years later, the BritishEmpire had collapsed. Today, 65 years later, Britain has turned on its formerself, to destroy the liberty that it once defended with a lion's courage.
That summer in 1940, Britons were at theirpinnacle in history. A powerful Nazi Germany was poised at the English Channel, prepared to make invasion. Airmen of the Royal Air Force Fighter Command fendedoff the attackers, by the narrowest of margins. It was a great moment inhistory.
Today the situation is reversed.
The forces of anti tobacco darkness havedescended upon the British Isles, and seem poised to spring across the EnglishChannel to invade the continent of Europe. While the lights of perverted sciencehave taken the grips of Britons, the lights of liberty are still shining on thecontinent. But will it remain that way for long"
The enemy is at large.
“Lenin was sent to Russia by the Germans in thesame way that you might send a phial containing a culture of typhoid or cholerato be poured into the water supply of a great city, and it worked with amazingaccuracy.”
So spoke the smoking titan, Winston SpencerChurchill, in 1919, on the father of the Russian revolution.
But these words could just as well have beenspoken about the assistant of a great epidemiologist A. B. Hill, one measlyRichard Doll. This Doll character was infested by Nazi anti tobacco activism.Needless to say, that phial also worked with amazing accuracy. Slow motion spindoctor.
Today, a Nazi infested Britain, headed by asmiley demon called Tony, descends down the stairway to a new dark age ofperverted sciences. What a change in the span of just 65 years.
Guarding the passage is a band of beaconholding smokers, by the name FOREST. They shout and protest, object and quarrelwith the passing procession of Britons. But nothing seems to bite on them, asthey descend into the pit of blackness. The smiley demon Tony's shining teethdraws them in.
If the British smoker still stands in athousand years, his peers will say of FOREST “This was their finest hour”.
