Vaclav Klaus : A man for freedom

23rd February 2009
Applause until our hands burn for Czech Republic president Vaclav Klaus, a man with the courage to tell it like it is, and to look at reality in the face. He has compared the EU to the Soviet Union. He is right – again and again.

“Klaus, whose country now holds the rotating EU presidency, set out a scathing attack on the EU project and its institutions, provoking boos from many lawmakers, some of whom walked out, but applause from nationalists and other anti-EU legislators.”

Those who booed and walked out did the right thing indeed as they cleared the air – and they should never come back.

"He said current EU practices smacked of communist times when the Soviet Union controlled much of eastern Europe, including the Czech Republic and when dissent or even discussions were not tolerated."

We smokers and Libertarians know something about it! Look at what happened to our Conference against prohibition, where the EU attempted to silence the denunciation of the antismoking public health fraud and tried to silence political free speech.

Unwilling to listen, the burEUcratic, totalitarian trash of Europe leaves the room with contempt, confirming the words of Klaus that dissent is not allowed in the Soviet parliament of Europe. However, the healthier part of Europe acclaims greatly at the end of the speech (below)

The plan of the EU for political integration is part of a greater plan for planetary political integration, where faceless tyrants that make the 20th century dictators look tame will condition our intellect, and liberty as we know it, to extinction.

Unfortunately, what Mr. Klaus said about Europe also applies to the USA, Canada, Australia and to very many other nations. Those who believe in fascist corporativism (a half breed between Communism and capitalism) have taken over using environmentalism and public health as backdoor entrance, and then spreaded their cancer from within the centres of power.

That is why it is the duty of all to destroy that cancerous process with any means available, no matter what. The stakes are too high to worry about the cost, for no price in the universe can be higher than that of no opposition.

The original intent of the EU was to prevent war by binding countries together with mercantile interests so that war was more expensive than peace. That was supremely achieved by the European Common Market. What was tragically overlooked by the EU Founding Fathers was that a new war, based not on cannons and rockets but on junk science, deception and paperwork, would have been waged against liberty, independence, truth, and personal life choices by a crowd of bureaucrats who are as anonymous as they are sinister. This is a war that kills no man as individual, but that kills them all as a free society.

Clik below to hear the speech (English) of president Klaus from our Multimedia system.

  • Part 1 (the opening part on the need for dissent. That is something that greatly irritates the neo-fascists, no doubt all in support of life control, smoking bans and other public health frauds).
  • Part 2 (look at all the neo-fascists leaving the room! The air is immediately getting free of the stench of bureaucratic totalitarianism).
  • Part 3 (on neo-Communist, centralized economic planning, and on the absurdity of the governments' intervention in the economy).
