Freedom-loving Québécois are fighting nuisance regulation of cigarette sales in stores with fast food counters. It could cost $100,000 for a shop to comply with all these laws, say fast food and convenience store owners. Partitions and needlessly inconvenient placement of cigarette counters and on and on — blah, blah, same old nonsense!
