Polling indicates that Americans believe the country is headed in the wrong direction. From the political class, however, comes the tiresome message of "more of the same."
A study that would be actually useful would be one that examines how much time, money and effort are expended in producing legislation that the public is indifferent to or actually opposes. Such a study will never be conducted, of course, so we leave it to Norman Kjono to put the governing class on notice that patience is wearing thin.
