Police behaving badly makes the news as well it should. Chicago police have never been known for their restraint, going back in recent history to the 1968 Democratic Convention when they bashed heads of anti-war protestors. We have seen it in other states as in California when Rodney King was beaten mercilessly.
Today thanks to cell phone camera’s, every Police Department should be wary of saying or beating someone senseless because it will be on network news almost instantly.
