Minnesotan Show Goes On

The misdemeanor conviction of Minnesotan bar owner Tom Marinaro is being appealed. Marinaro’s attorney Mark Benjamin argues against the vagueness of the law and the ungrounded decision by the trial judge. Benjamin, Marinaro, and all of the Minnesotan freedom activists deserve applause. We wish them every good luck with, and beyond, the “Theatre Night” strategy.
